All of our facilities our under 24 hour surveillance . Fire sprinklers and fire proof tarps are used to protect your files while in our warehouse. We take the security of your information very seriously regardless of the format.

All work stations are isolated to our network which has no outside internet access. This is truly the only way to guarantee a hack proof system which can't be compromised. 

All client files  are kept on raised racks and covered with fire resistant tarps.

Carta Imaging follows strict internal security measures to ensure the privacy of our clients data. We utilize HIPAA rules and compliance procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. 

Client files cleared for destruction are handled as stipulated by HIPAA and are cross cut  and securely destroyed in house. You will be provided a certificate of secure destruction with all projects.
