Document IMaging Services

Our document imaging services are used by many different industries. Our scanning service was created with flexibility in mind allowing us to handle are of our clients document imaging needs without disrupting their operation. Digital archiving plans are frequently tailored to our clients needs, with both security and affordability being top priorities for our clients. 

We charge a flat per box price, this will allow you to know exactly what your final cost will be. Carta Imaging does not use a per page pricing structure. We believe that you should know what your digital archiving projects should cost before it leaves your office. High quality 600 dpi images that will look as good if not better than the original. Our commercial scanners deliver industry leading quality and image capture. Our document scanning service has been used by companies of all sizes. If you are in the legal field we will integrate all of your discovery , photos and mixed media into your scanned files.  

All of our services include free OCR (all files will be searchable) We provide unlimited file indexing at no extra cost to you.  We can provide you with over 30 different formats allowing you to upload to any data base. 

Carta Imaging will retain your hard copies for 30 days after document imaging allowing you ample time for final review. All hard copies will be securely destroyed in house in accordance with your industries regulations. Although it is more convenient to use an outside vender we just feel better knowing all of your sensitive information has been securely destroyed in house. 

Your data will be delivered in the manner you choose. If you require CD/DVD, hard drive flash drive FTP or online we will accommodate your needs at no additional cost.
